MARQUIS 1 year Anniversary / ALL OUR NOISE launches

This month marks the 1 year anniversary of MARQUIS.  On Thursday May 29th, Micah Vellian and I will be doing a combined DJ set as Dmerit.  Also, the guys from Swedish Columbia, Triobelisk + DJ Hawkin (Division of Laura Lee), will be doing a combined DJ set as well.

We will also be celebrating the launch of All Our Noise. Our new blog which should start that day.

Foals Dmerit remix

We just finished a new Dmerit remix of the Foals track, "Electric Boom" They have a remix competition going on and if you want to help us win, download the track and listen to it a bunch of times with your last.fm plug-in installed because they'll be choosing the 10 finalist based on the popularity of the entries (yes, stupid I know.) New Dmerit remix

So if you haven't noticed, Micah Vellian and I have not only been holding it down every month at our DJ night MARQUIS, but we've also been serving up some remixes.  Our latest remix is of this up and coming electro front girl (and I do mean *girl*) Nadia Oh. She is produced by this guy Space Cowboy.  Anyway, we remixed "Got Your Number" and put a dark stalker twist on it.
